ANDREA PETRLIK HUSEINOVIĆ born in 1966 in Zagreb. She graduated graphic art from the Class of Professor Ante Kuduz, academic painter at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. Since 1995 she has been the member of HDLU (Croatian Association of Artists).

Until present, she has produced 19 picture-books with her own illustrations,

During her participation in UNESCO-BIB workshop held in Bratislava in autumn 2001, she finished a children's picture book "Blue sky" as a sole author. For her illustrations from this book she was awarded with Grigor Vitez award.

For the illustrations from Carlo Collodia's PINOKIO she was nominated for the IBBY HONOUR LIST.

iHer illustration is on postcards published by edition house Inkognito from Germany.
So far she has taken part in several group exhibitions in Croatia and abroad.
